Job Description:
Nesco is in search of an Inside Sales/Application Engineer to
work one of our clients based in Danbury, CT. Seeking a technically
oriented team player with a customer-focused mindset to support
sales processes and strengthen internal application support. What
You’ll Be Doing: Maintain active customer relationships and follow
up on open offers Respond to inquiries from customers, sales
partners and distributors regarding pricing, product information
and application support Recommend appropriate product
configurations and prepare quotations Manage incoming communication
channels and ensure timely, professional responses Maintain and
update customer data, sales activities and technical documentation
in CRM system Support reporting tasks and contribute to sales
planning and forecasting Cross-functional teamwork (field sales,
product management) Support order processing Participate in trade
shows as required What We’re Looking For: Technical education or
equivalent professional experience Background in technical sales,
customer service or application support Strong communication skills
and ability to explain technical topics Independent, reliable and
well-organized working style Familiarity with CRM tools (experience
with HubSpot is an advantage) Solid computer skills, especially in
Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Additional Information: Direct hire with benefits 1st shift, Monday
– Friday, 8:30am – 5pm Salary: $70K performance-based bonus A
