Job Description NEW Micro/Molecular Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician – 2nd Shift Opportunity We are seeking a Micro/Molecular MT or MLT to join our laboratory team on 2nd shift. This role performs waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing while ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality results that support excellent patient care. What You’ll Do: Perform a wide range of waived, moderate, and high-complexity lab tests accurately and efficiently Evaluate specimens and apply established criteria to ensure quality results Run quality assurance and quality control procedures in compliance with federal, state, and CAP standards Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment And more! What We’re Looking For: Current certification through ASCP, AMT, or HEW A.S. in Medical Laboratory Technology OR B.S. in Medical Technology, Biological Science, Chemistry, Physical Science, or military equivalent (official transcripts required) Experience with Chemistry preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Clear and professional communication skills A motivated professional interested in career growth and development Entry-level candidates welcome; internships or academic training accepted Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of laboratory experience Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Interested!?
