Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management. QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
