Manager will oversee and lead the activities of the Sales
Department. They will be responsible for executing company goals
and objectives by professionally presenting the company, its
products, and programs to qualified customers and prospects within

Responsibilities: Provide daily leadership, coaching, and
accountability for the entire sales team (inside sales, outside
sales reps, coordinators). Recruit, hire, onboard, and train
high-performing sales talent. Own the initial and ongoing training
of the team including sales process, customer communication,
product knowledge, and presentation skills. Conduct timely,
constructive performance evaluations and guide employees through
clear development plans. Lead and manage daily, weekly, and monthly
sales KPIs to ensure consistent performance and continuous
improvement. Plan, assign, and optimize sales lead setting to
maximize customer coverage and conversion rates. Analyze sales
results and operational reports to identify trends, opportunities,
and areas needing attention. Ensure the right sales representative
is matched with the right customer every day. Consult with
prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend the
appropriate solutions, products, or services. Resolve escalated
customer issues, staffing challenges, or operational roadblocks
that may impact sales performance. Promote a high-integrity,
customer-first culture across the team. Perform other related
duties as needed to support the success of the business Sales
Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 5 years
of prior experience in outside sales Prior leadership
responsibilities for a sales team including direct management of
sales representatives Experience setting individual and team goals
including daily sales KPIs Strong understanding of customer service
principles and high-trust consultative selling Flexible hours:
ability to assist in on-call and after-hours needs from customers
and/or sales team Sales Manager Interpersonal Qualifications:
Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and
Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop
relationships. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution
abilities to improve things both big and small. Highly organized,
ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail. Hold
yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of
integrity. Sales Manager Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience
in residential home services preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred
