What You’ll Do as a Customer Account Representative: Engage with customers in person to understand their communication needs and recommend personalized service packages (internet, mobile, and more). Assist with managing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-ups for retention and renewals. Support account executives with lead generation efforts, community outreach, and door-to-door campaigns. Provide clear, confident product knowledge and service recommendations to help customers make informed decisions. Utilize mobile devices to securely enroll customers and track account progress. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish. Collaborate with team members across departments to meet goals and exceed customer expectations.
