doing...As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate in the mobile
department at a National Retailer, you'll have the opportunity to
grow your career with a team focused on unlocking your full
potential and sales success within one of our National Retailer
locations. Here's what you can expect:
- Ability to approach customers who aren't necessarily shopping
in the mobile area to share the latest promotion Verizon is
offering.
- Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge
technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and
asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to
provide customers with a complete sales solution.
- Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill
customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and
up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and
inventory.
- Regularly interacts with internal and external partners on
matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or
customers.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls
and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are
interested in our products and services.We're hiring immediately!
This isn't your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you're
just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn
$15 to $20 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in
individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals.
Planning to go above and beyond? With our commission program, the
opportunities are unlimited for employees who exceed their sales
goals. Top performers could make an extra $10,000 or more in
individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total
of $59,000 to $67,000+ annually. Compensation varies by geography,

need to have:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated
through work experience and/or military experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll
know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to pick up and earn more income, typically during the
summer months, November through December, and/or during peak
vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the
following:
- Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find
solutions.
