• Maintaining and tracking -positive -Buyer Experience Surveys
• Maintaining and tracking positive Service Experience Surveys
• Scheduling service appointments -& Valet services -
• Greeting customers during showroom visits -
• Following up with clients after purchase
• Maintaining & and promoting our dealer website
