Job Description:

Nesco Resource is seeking a 1st shift Quality Technician for a Dynamic company.The perfect candidate will need to have:

• Perform all levels of inspection including complex layout inspections
• Knowledgeable in blueprint interpretation, geometric dimensioning and tolerance,precision gaging techniques,and interpretation of customer and industry specificr equirements.
• Proficient in programming and maintaining coordinate measurement machine (CMM)including both touch probe and optical operation as required by specific customer or aerospace or automotive requirements.
• Train inspection personnel in proper inspection techniques and completion of applicable quality records.
• Responsible for all facets of Gage Calibration including Gage R&R Studies.
• Responsible for assisting in the design or re-design of gaging to satisfy Gage R&R requirements, including design or re-design to meet specific aerospace requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed by Quality Management.
