If you are a Help Desk Analyst with experience, please read on!We are a long standing financial organization looking for a Help Desk Analyst to work with our Infrastructure lead supporting our company. Your role will be level 1, 2 and 3 Infrastructure support either fixing or involving the correct parties/vendors to ensure proper issue resolution. We are a small company and many of these tickets will be resolved deskside with the end-user, therefore we are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and someone with a great attitude and aptitude for the role. We are looking for someone who believes in documenting processes and continuous improvement to avoid redundant issues. This role will also assist the Infrastructure lead with inventory and asset management as well. You must have experience with desktops/laptops including imaging machines and just an all around willingness to roll up your sleeves and learn.
