Leverage your deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address diverse challenges across multiple technologies and applications, driving significant business impact.Job Responsibilities

• Lead the middle office Listed Options Technology platform within the Investment Bank division at JPMC.
• Design and implement a strategic listed options platform that integrates with the Broadridge BPS OAES system, offering comprehensive option lifecycle management for JPMC Operations and clients, supporting multiple lines of business, and accommodating rapid business growth.
• Collaborate with Operations to enhance current BAU (Business As Usual) processes, implement best practices, and support existing enhancements and production support during the development of the strategic platform.
• Drive decisions influencing product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes.
• Influence peers and project stakeholders to adopt leading-edge technologies.
• Contribute to fostering a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of the listed Options processing lifecycle in the US market and its integration with the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).
• Proven experience leading the design, development, and implementation of a listed options processing platform at a major U.S. financial institution.
• Ability to collaborate with Options Operations and influence their operating model.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in financial technologies and systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern technologies, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and methodologies like Agile and DevOps.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation, thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with Mainframe systems.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or Master's in Technology Management.
  • Exposure to Broadridge BPS Options platform OAES.
