UNIVERSITY RELATIONS SPECIALIST:
This position spearheads the recruiting and management responsibilities associated with Consigli's flagship intern program (involving ALL regional offices), and the coordination, recruitment and staffing of academic career fairs.
Required Skills
GENERAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Conduct intern interviews, coordination, and follow-up;
  • General recruiting operations support;
  • Administer Predictive Index to candidates in advance of scheduled interview date;
  • Coordinates delivery of offer letters to selected candidates;
  • Initiates background checks for all intern hires and approves/denies their checks depending on their results, and Informs VP of HR, Talent and Recruitment and Manager if a candidate is denied;
  • Assist with posting available positions on the Consigli webpage, LinkedIn and various job sites
  • Cyber Recruiter data management and building of the paper bench.

    INTERN RECRUITING/MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS:

    • Recruiting/sourcing of all intern candidates;
    • The management of intern candidates through the recruiting lifecycle, including conducting intern interviews and making intern hiring decisions;
    • Coordinating and attending college and university career fairs;
    • Developing a company-wide strategy for intern and co-op hiring at Consigli;
    • The evaluation of intern performance and fit, and ultimate full-time hiring recommendations;
    • Coordinating the placement of interns on projects;
    • Relationship building with key colleges and universities.

      Required Experience

      • A bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field;
      • Proven success in communication and coordination;
      • Specialized experience in areas related to talent acquisition highly preferred;
      • Outstanding attention to detail and an ability to reduce down complex product offerings and communicate them effectively;
      • Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical;
      • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment;
      • Exceptional public speaker and presenter;
      • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
