The Specialist of Franchise Sales Administration supports the franchise development activities for Subway North America, specific projects and platforms per Subway's International Regions, and the franchise leads & sales reporting.

Responsibilities include regular monitoring of all franchise growth systems and platforms including all CRMs, the franchising website, and franchise development's digital and social media platforms. The Specialist actively supports new franchise recruitment initiatives, manages various franchise sales and legal processes, coordinates the Development expo & tradeshow activities, and accurately process vendor invoices per approval by Management. Ensures questions and issues from Subway Franchisees, Business Developers, as well as internal & external partners are answered in a timely manner and/or routed to the proper resource.

Cross-functional work and collaboration with various Subway departments is required. Additional tasks and assignments aligned with the brand's growth plans may be assigned as




Bachelor's Degree in Business or

Computer Science

Preferred Experience:

4 years of business experience

Franchising, Restaurant, or Operations experience preferred

Experience necessary for effective job performance:

Ability to manage processes and

routines across a large organization and cross-functionally

Strong verbal, presentation, and

quantitative skills

Proficient knowledge of the


* Customer

Relationship Management systems (CRM)... i.e. MS Dynamics, FranConnect, or


* LinkedIn

* MS

Office, Adobe
