    General Purpose and Scope (Summary):

    This entry level accounting position is responsible for providing day to day accounting support to the accounting department. This includes making and receiving payments, entering invoices for payables and receivables, and other like tasks. This position is highly team oriented and requires working with accounting manager, accounting supervisor, CFO, and Team Leads regularly.

    • Make bank deposits
    • Request missing invoices from vendors and internal parties
    • Pay vendors for approved payments via check, ACH, and wire
    • Mail checks with appropriate backup
    • Assist with accounting projects
    • Set up new vendors including obtaining W-9's from new vendors and scanning into AMB
    • Enter payables and receivables into accounting software
    • Upload missing invoices into accounting software
    • Review aged and stale checks

        Technical / Computer Skills:
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

          Education and Experience:
          • A high school diploma or equivalent
          • 1-2 years related experience, a plus

            Certifications, Licenses, etc.


            Hours for position:

            M-F 9am-5pm

            This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
