Holler Law Firm is looking for a Post Escrow Specialist to join our mail room team. Candidates should have a positive attitude and the desire to contribute to our mail team, be self-motivated, and able to work in a high-volume and, at times, stressful environment.Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):

• Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail daily
• Screen forms, documents and letters routed and addressed to different departments
• Sort all incoming checks by department
• Bundle, label, and route outgoing mail depending on their destinations, and according to established deadlines and procedures
• Collect and prepare correspondence to be mailed (e.g. applying appropriate cover letters, verifying addresses, confirming payees, verifying check amounts)
• Maintain and complete reports and logs for the mail room department
• Perform searches and varied follow up actions for delayed invoices
• Receiving and placing calls to verify client/borrower/payee information
• Assisting with other departmental duties such as recording, policy production, and tax bill researchQualifications, Skills and Expertise Required and/or Desired:
