Key Responsibilities include:* Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department.* Conduct facility tours for inquiring customers as needed. * Distribute mail (interoffice, courier and regular mail) and coordinate courier pick ups.* Provides excellent customer service and general support to our facility.* Conducts and assists with general office work.* Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word. Must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills.Educational Requirements:* High school or EquivalentPosition Requirements:* Professional, friendly, dependable and punctual individuals. * Candidates for this position will possess exemplary customer service and organizational skills. * Long term care experience preferred but not necessaryby Jobble
