Everyone has an opportunity to grow with us, especially people who show entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and brilliance.Job SummaryThe FCP Euro Quality Assurance Associate has the responsibility to track and maintain quality objectives and policies within the Distribution Center. This role ensures quality initiatives, audit activities and error reconciliation are actively managed and tracked to ensure desired accuracy levels are achieved and maintained. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Associate will have the responsibility of adhering to quality assurance initiatives and ensuring compliance to quality standards and process guidelines. This includes overall responsibility and accountability for internal accuracy rates, error trends, and process improvement initiatives* The Quality Assurance Associate will also be responsible for conducting line audits, open box audits, and inventory audits. These audits will consist of identifying errors in order accuracy, adequate protection for packaging, and verifying inventory locations and quantities.
