Compelling opportunity in the corporate FP&A team as a
Senior Financial Analyst that helps impact how financial
analysis is done at Waters.
This role reports to the Senior Director of
FP&A and focuses on developing and maintaining financial
metrics, modeling that contributes to company success by providing
relevant data and analysis to influence company decision-making,
supporting various corporate business functions, and helping
consolidate total business results.
Responsibilities Assist with driving corporate current year and
long-range planning by helping define financial targets for the
business using key assumptions while applying financial rigor to
ensure the corporation meets its operating objectives
Support corporate functions as a business partner by effectively
preparing and communicating relevant analysis of financial and
operational results by focusing on key business drivers
Assist with clearly communicating a cohesive and concise story
around corporate results, focusing on business drivers behind
financial data and potential implications on future results.
Assist with financial benchmarking and predictive modeling,
including executive reporting of key performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on major company
initiatives and provide value-added financial analysis and support
of business reviews and decisions from the financial perspective,
including but not limited to, operational efficiency, cost saving
opportunities, capital expenditure decisions, vendor selection and
Ad hoc financial analysis
Qualifications BS in Finance with MBA preferred
7 - 10 Years of experience in corporate FP&A or business
Requires very strong financial analysis, communication, and
interpersonal skills with an internal drive to solve problems.
Must be able to identify trends in large data sets
Must want to learn a complex business to understand both the
industry and the competition.
