Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney
to join our team, specializing in asbestos litigation. The ideal
candidate will work closely with senior attorneys to handle a
diverse caseload involving toxic tort claims, contributing to a
dynamic legal environment focused on achieving justice for our
clients. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and
management of asbestos litigation cases - Conduct legal research
and draft legal documents including pleadings and motions - Review
and analyze case files and evidence to develop case strategies -
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as needed -
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal arguments and
case theories - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of asbestos-related
laws and litigation trends - Communicate effectively with clients,
witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide case
updates Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school - Admission to the bar in the relevant
jurisdiction - 3-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in
toxic tort or asbestos cases - Strong research, writing, and
analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication
abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and legal ethics - For

United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant
