Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise legal documents. Assist in the preparation and organization of transaction files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. Coordinate communications with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on progress. Utilize legal research tools and databases to support transaction preparation. Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all transactions. Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Paralegal. Demonstrated expertise in legal document drafting. Strong attention to detail, with proven skills in proofreading and producing clear, concise legal documents. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic legal team.
