Job Description Job Description Contract RegOps Java Lead Developer MUST be local to MetroPark, NJ, Hybrid Schedule No Sponsorship Available Lead the design and delivery of regulatory reporting and operational solutions, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and IT. Focus on modern data architectures, integration, and high-performance server-side development. Required Skills: 10 years of core Java server-side development Strong experience with XML, Spring, and Apache Camel Expertise with messaging (Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ) Strong SQL and experience with major RDBMS (SQL Server, Sybase, etc.) Agile development and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, SonarQube) Leadership experience guiding small/medium development teams Fixed Income trading experience Preferred Skills: Derivatives experience (IRD/FX/CRD) Regulatory reporting and collateral management background Murex experience Education: Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
