Job Description:

Recruiting Manager
PDI Health
Full Time - In-Office - Brooklyn, NY

About the Role:
PDI Health is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Manager to lead and scale our national recruitment operations. The core focus of this role is sourcing and hiring X-ray and ultrasound technologists across multiple states. You'll also manage in-house recruiters, expand candidate pipelines through partnerships with local schools and professional networks, and collaborate with leadership to fill non-clinical and management roles. This includes potentially coordinating with third-party recruiters for specialized or executive positions. Your efforts will directly support our rapid expansion and ensure our clinical teams remain fully staffed with top-tier talent.

Who We Are:
PDI Health is a rapidly growing leader in mobile healthcare delivery, committed to bringing high-quality medical services directly to patients. We specialize in mobile diagnostics, radiology, and advanced healthcare technologies that enhance patient care across the eastern US. Our team is driven by innovation, collaboration, and a relentless dedication to improving the healthcare experience for everyone we serve.

Who You Are:
You are not just a recruiter. You are a relentless talent hunter, strategist, and builder, obsessed with uncovering exceptional people wherever they currently thrive. You bring passion, sharp intuition, and operational savvy, ready to reinvent talent acquisition at a rapidly expanding healthcare leader. If you're driven by challenges, innovation, and the opportunity to shape an entire organization's future, we want you.

Your Mission:
As our Recruiting Manager, you'll be a player-coach. Both leading a complete overhaul and modernization of our talent acquisition strategy while also fulfilling open roles yourself. You'll leverage your own experience and technology to position PDI Health as a magnet for top-tier talent across the eastern US. Your strategic insights and operational leadership will directly influence our aggressive growth and elevate the impact of every hire.

Why It Matters:
We hire in demanding markets with scarce talent availability. This isn't a job for someone seeking the easy route; it's a role designed for a creative, driven professional who sees difficulty as opportunity, who thrives on the chase, and who relishes delivering results that others consider impossible.

What You'll Own:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:Develop and execute innovative, scalable recruitment strategies to attract top performers in a highly competitive field.
  • End-to-End Recruitment:Personally manage recruitment for X-ray and ultrasound technologists, using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor to source both active and passive candidates.
  • School & Community Engagement:Build and maintain partnerships with local schools and training programs to establish long-term talent pipelines.
  • Team Leadership:Lead and grow our in-house recruiting team, ensuring targets are met while developing internal capabilities.
  • Cross-functional Partnership:Work with executive and department leadership to identify workforce needs, set hiring priorities, and deliver on non-clinical and management hires.
  • Sourcing Innovation:Create and execute proactive outreach strategies, including cold sourcing, to engage talent currently working at other organizations.
  • Operational Excellence:Use data and recruiting performance metrics to optimize sourcing efforts, enhance efficiency, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Competitive Intelligence:Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to ensure PDI remains a top destination for healthcare professionals.
    What You Bring:
    • 5+ years in high-volume healthcare recruiting and talent acquisition leadership.
    • Proven success sourcing candidates on Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Experience working with ATS systems and advanced recruitment tools.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with internal hiring teams and external partners.
    • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
    • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
      Bonus Points For:
      • Prior experience recruiting X-ray, ultrasound, or other clinical technologists.
        Why Join PDI Health:
We're reshaping the future of healthcare delivery across the nation, driven by innovation and uncompromising quality. Join a team where your insights matter, your innovations are implemented, and your success defines ours.
