Physical Therapist Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,851 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 27 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Outpatient Duration: 27 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: NYS PT License required Certifications: CPR card preferred, outpatient and EPIC experience highly preferred Must-Have: NYS PT License Description: Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering treatments to restore function and prevent disability following injury. This role involves day/evening shifts with specific times for each weekday. No weekend shifts are required. The assignment will cover a full-time leave of absence. Candidates must have prior outpatient experience. A COVID-19 vaccine is required with no exemptions. Flu vaccine is also required with no exemptions.
