seafood. Lead a vibrant kitchen in a 9,000 sq ft space with a
rooftop lounge and full bar, helping shape the menu and culinary

Proven Executive Chef in fine dining or upscale
Mediterranean/seafood cuisine Strong leadership skills with
experience managing kitchen staff and workflow Expertise in menu
development and recipe creation Knowledge of food safety and
sanitation standards Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume
environment Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
Experience with Spanish, Greek, or Italian cuisine Previous
experience launching a new restaurant concept Skilled in seasonal
ingredient sourcing and seafood preparation Strong financial
acumen: food cost, labor cost, and inventory management Passion for
creating innovative, visually appealing dishes Excellent
communication and mentorship skills to grow a strong culinary
team
