Job Description:

drivers who provide commuter services, airport shuttles,
sightseeing tours, and charter bus services across multiple states.
As a Driver Training Instructor, you will play a vital role in
maintaining our commitment to safety and exceptional customer
service by ensuring all our drivers are equipped with the necessary
skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently. Conduct
classroom and hands-on driver training sessions following company
policies and state/federal regulations. Evaluate driver performance
and provide constructive feedback to ensure compliance with safety
standards. Develop and update training materials and programs to
meet changing needs and to incorporate best practices. Maintain
accurate records of driver training and progress. Collaborate with
other trainers and management to enhance training strategies and
methodologies. Stay updated on the latest industry safety standards
and new technologies in bus transportation. Assist in the
recruitment and retention of qualified drivers by participating in
interviewing and evaluation processes. Strong knowledge of
operational characteristics, services, and activities of a public
transit bus driver training program. Ability to operate a bus and
various training equipment safely and correctly. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills. Proficient in creating and
delivering engaging training content. Strong organizational and
leadership skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Commercial Driver’s License
(CDL) with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements. Certified Trainer
Certification from a recognized transport or safety authority
(preferred).
