a qualified Psych RN in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05302! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Behavioral Health
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: 5 years of experience as an RN required; inpatient
psychiatric experience must be within the last 3 months License:
Active nursing license (Vermont or Compact) Certifications: BLS
(AHA) Must-Have: - Psych/Behavioral Health experience - Willingness
to float to other units - Experience with all age groups
Description: This is a float position requiring flexibility to work
in various settings including both adolescents and adults.
Candidates must be available to start on the designated date
without exceptions. The role involves working with a
multidisciplinary team to identify the individual and group needs
along with interventions. Utilizing the nursing process to meet the
complex needs of patients is essential. Clinical supervision of
Mental Health Workers will ensure the safe and therapeutic delivery
of care. The treatment environment focuses on supporting patients
in maintaining sobriety while addressing co-occurring psychiatric
issues. High-quality intervention and education are prioritized in
this setting to facilitate successful recovery. Scheduling
restrictions apply during specific blackout dates. Candidates

populations. This position may include possible on-call duty and
