Rockville Rehab, a leader in rehabilitation services located in Rockville, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position involves providing top-quality care and supporting the recovery processes of our patients. At Rockville Rehab, our mission centers on delivering personalized patient care with a commitment to achieving superior outcomes. As an LPN, you'll work closely with a team of medical professionals to administer medications, manage patient recovery, and ensure the comfort and safety of patients at all times. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients. Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders. Collaborate with registered nurses to create and evaluate customized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in medication administration. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Excellent time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid LPN license in the state of Maryland. Current CPR certification.
