As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive. /n Employment type: /n /n - Full time /n /n What you’ll be working on: /n /n - Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits /n - Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits /n - Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities /n - Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams /n - Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures /n - Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states /n /n /n Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role: /n /n - Have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency program /n - Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting /n - Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date /n - State licensed in New Jersey, obtained before your One Medical start date /n /n One Medical providers also demonstrate: /n /n - A passion for human-centered primary care /n - The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds /n - The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care /n - Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care /n - The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery /n - An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses /n - The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues /n - Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients /n /n This is a full-time role based in Hoboken, NJ. /n /n One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. /n The base salary range for this role is $258,500 to $274,700 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
