Job Description Urologist (New Graduates accepted)- Brooklyn, NY Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions affecting the urinary tract, kidneys, bladder, urethra, and male reproductive organs Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive, endoscopic, and open surgical techniques as appropriate Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies, lab results, and urodynamic assessments Required Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Valid and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Fellowship training in a urology subspecialty (e.g., oncology, female urology, pediatric urology, or minimally invasive surgery) Preferred Experience with advanced or robotic-assisted surgical techniques Preferred Prior experience in a hospital or multi-specialty practice setting Preferred Compensation & Benefits Comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and paid time off Competitive salary commensurate with experience H1B visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
