Job Description:

Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Morristown,
New Jersey. This role is crucial for the critical care unit,
focusing on patients with life-threatening heart conditions. As a

Your position will be instrumental in providing top-tier care and
aiding in the recovery of patients in one of New Jersey’s leading
healthcare facilities. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions. Interact with various healthcare teams to
maintain continuity of care. Operate cardiovascular equipment like
ventilators and monitors. Advocate for patients’ and families'
needs, or provide emotional support for patients and their
families. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations or
treatments. Expertise in cardiovascular patient care Ability to
operate complex medical equipment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Stress management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
the state of New Jersey BLS/ACLS Certification CCRN certification
preferred but not required
