Rate: $18-$19/hour Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available
Position Overview: IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and
experienced Lead Security Guard to oversee operations at a retail
location in Irvington. This role requires a strong presence,
excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access
control . The Lead Guard will help ensure site coverage, support
fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and
customers. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities
for growth within IronRock Security. Responsibilities: Serve as the
lead officer on site and point of contact for the client Manage and
monitor access control points Conduct regular patrols of the retail
property Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed Write clear
incident and daily activity reports Support scheduling coordination
and communicate staffing needs Maintain a professional and
customer-friendly presence Respond to incidents, alarms, and
emergencies appropriately Requirements: Previous security
experience required Access control experience required Prior lead
or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license
(required for periodic mobile patrols) Strong communication and
report-writing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Compensation &
Benefits: $18-$19/hour Full-time and part-time opportunities
