degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program. Licensure:
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license and Board

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing
home settings. Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions,

Prescribe medications and therapies as needed. Educate patients and
their families on health management and preventive care. Maintain
