Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for post-surgical patients. Monitor patient recovery and adjust care plans based on patient condition. Administer medications and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Strong clinical skills in a surgical or post-surgical environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using healthcare information systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
