Job Description: Compensation : $450000 - $600000 Job ID : 40604 Job Function: Lead clinical operations, ensuring quality care, efficiency, and strategic alignment with institutional goals. Oversee gastroenterologists and clinical staff, implement strategies, and enhance patient outcomes through collaboration. Collaborate with GI, Department of Medicine, and hospital leadership to fulfill divisional objectives. Support clinical research, education, and adherence to evidence-based protocols. Board-certified gastroenterologist with leadership experience and active clinical practice. Job Requirements: Must have at least 8 years of practice with leadership experience NJ license is required.
