Your Role We’re seeking a motivated, people-loving provider who’s ready to blend clinical care with creativity and community. You’ll have the flexibility to lean into your area of expertise—whether that’s pelvic health, orthopedic rehabilitation, or performance training—and still be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that believes in whole-person wellness. What You’ll Do Provide 55–60 minute one-on-one sessions (approximately 30 patients/week) Guide clients through individualized care plans (typically 12–15 sessions) Treat across the lifespan—from teen athletes to postpartum moms to active adults Collaborate with other providers to optimize outcomes and share clinical insight Blend manual therapy, corrective exercise, and patient education for sustainable results Engage in community outreach, partnerships, and wellness education Contribute to our social media and content education efforts (training provided!) Support clients in identifying their Deep Why to foster commitment and motivation Confidently discuss and offer care packages and membership programs Embrace our team-oriented, growth-focused, and wellness-centered culture Requirements Licensed PT or OT in NH (or eligible for licensure) Pelvic Health Level 1 (Herman & Wallace or equivalent) preferred — but not required Experience or strong interest in pelvic, orthopedic, or sports physical therapy Passion for education, connection, and long-term wellness Comfortable (or eager to learn) in a cash-based model Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excited to collaborate, learn, and grow within a dynamic team environment Perks & Benefits $1,500 annual continuing education allowance Paid time off maternity leave Flexible schedule with 30-minute paid wellness/lunch break Weekly mentorship and collaboration, including: Co-treatment and chart review sessions Internal exercise library access Ongoing clinical and communication coaching Collaborative team meetings and professional development Schedule Monday – Friday (4 or 5-day schedule options) No weekends or travel required In-person role — must be able to relocate to Milford, NH Join Our Mission We’re not just treating symptoms—we’re helping people rediscover their power, one session at a time.
