Key Responsibilities: Conduct culturally informed, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, ensuring a welcoming environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Deliver customized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, addressing the specific needs and situations of each client to promote healing and resilience. Create detailed crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stability and empowering their mental health journeys. Engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, contributing your expertise to improve client care. Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly, maintaining high professional standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists, to provide a comprehensive approach to mental health care. Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline. Possession of a provisional license as required by state regulations. Educational qualifications that lead to or have resulted in professional licensing. A strong passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Dedication to ongoing professional growth in mental health, including access to free supervision and continuing education. A willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. A strong commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality.
