Associate Dentist We are currently on the lookout for an Associate
Dentist to enhance our expanding team. Join us in our quest to
provide outstanding dental care and create unforgettable

Participate in morning meetings (feel free to take the lead!),
organize your day, and express gratitude towards your colleagues
while showcasing excellent examples of customer service and
teamwork. Work primarily with children, who represent over 70% of
our patient demographic! Your Role and Responsibilities As an
Associate Dentist, you will deliver dental care to patients with
the assistance of a committed team. Our practice is equipped with:
DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic
handpieces Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management
A supportive team structure with 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant,
and 2 dental assistants for each provider A patient demographic
primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the
location An office flow accommodating 10-12 operative patients and
20-25 hygiene patients A variety of state insurance plans, PPO, and
out-of-network payment options This position offers opportunities

earning potential A sign-on bonus of $50,000 Assistance with

available Qualifications We are looking for candidates who possess:
DDS/DMD from a dental program accredited by the Commission on
Dental Accreditation A current, valid dental license in the states
where you will be practicing or eligibility for licensure
Additional certifications as necessary - CPR, DEA, etc. Nitrous
Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A
caring demeanor and a strong commitment to providing dental care to
