Provide comprehensive inpatient care, manage admissions, and support continuity of care in collaboration with the daytime and overnight teams. Lead care coordination with interdisciplinary teams – nursing staff, consultants, case managers, and ancillary services – for optimal outcomes. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine. Must secure a Connecticut medical license, Controlled Substance Registration, and DEA certification. Must obtain attending medical staff privileges at respective YNHHS entity. Two (2) years caring for medicine inpatients as resident and/or attending physician.
