Required Qualifications: - Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process - Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN - Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for New York residents is $278,500 to $484,50 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
