Nesco Resource has partnered with a local pharmaceutical company in the pursuit to hire a Quality Coordinator. This is a temporary role for approximately 6 months to work onsite in Central Islip, NY. M-F 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities 3rd Party Support Responsible for review of batch records Maintain batch records and deviation records Set up meetings with external partners Prepare summaries for management review Sample Retrieval Support Works with complaints group to determine which PRs (cases) need to be contacted Monitors shipping tracking information until receipt of samples Collaborates with 3rd party triage group to gather additional details as needed Works closely and meets regularly with CQA peers to discuss issues with sample retrieval Sends prepaid mailers to customers Requirements 2–3 years of experience with shop floor activities, documentation, and document review Pharmaceutical experience preferred, but open to candidates from the nutraceutical space $24 - $28 / hour Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
