Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administer Medications
• Wound Care
• Keep comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions.
• Make sure all equipment is sterilized and maintain clean working environment.
• Educate participants about health management concepts using evidence-based guidelines.Employee Requirements
  • I-9 Documentation
  • Valid work authorization
  • Two Written Letters of Recommendation
  • NYS Nursing License & Registration
  • Valid CPR Certification (American Heart Association is a plus)
  • MMR Titer Results
  • Valid TB Test
