for an Associate Director, Global Commercial Digital Health
position in our Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). The
position is based in Raritan, NJ. This position will require up to

Associate Director, Global Commercial Digital Health, will lead the
strategy development and commercialization of digital health and AI
solutions globally and build industry-leading Digital Health
capabilities in Global Commercial Data Science (GCDS) and across
the J&J IM GCSO in support of our therapeutic areas and disease
area strongholds globally. This individual will work closely with
the VP, Global Digital Health, and other team members in Global
Commercial Data Science to drive the GCSO transformation to
optimize our global go-to-market launch planning strategies through
innovative and highly strategic decisions and investments in
Digital Health.Major responsibilities include leveraging their
expertise to accelerate execution on Global Digital Disease
Management Platform opportunities across GCSO and Countries. Key
partnerships include commercial, commercial analytics, medical
affairs and market access as well as outside GCSO with regional
commercial and medical/scientific affairs teams, J&J IM
R&D, J&J Technology (JJT) data sciences and broader JJT
teams, and others. This individual will interact regularly with
other experts and leaders across GCSO and the regional businesses
in support of Digital Health initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Assist with the strategy development and execution of our
global go-to-market launch planning involving innovative and highly
strategic Digital Health approaches, including e.g.,
wearables/sensors, digital diagnostics, patient monitoring and
disease management systems and digital therapeutics.
- Educate the organization on emerging Digital Health trends,
opportunities, competitive threats, and new technologies that can
continue to differentiate the company
- Interface outside of GCSO with the regional businesses, global
epidemiology, R&D, JJT, Legal, HCC and others in the execution
of the Digital Health strategy
- Actively participate in Digital Health communities across
J&J IM and J&J
- Help prepare presentations, strategy documents and white papers
to highlight the vision, strategy and execution plans for the GCSO
Digital Health Commercialization Strategy
- Identify and evaluate external companies for commercial
partnership, including assessment of strategic, operational and
cultural fit with J&J
- Bring robust analytical skills to evaluate and optimize
customer experiences on digital channels through a commercial test
and learn approach
- Champion a customer-centric and data-driven approach to
experience design that incorporates customer insights and feedback,
and industry-wide best practices, into all design activities (i.e.,
ROI-based digital health initiatives). Further expand the internal
J&J IM/J&J knowledge in Digital Health and best practice
sharing
- Navigate technology, analytical, legal and privacy complexities
to achieve objectives.
- Set standards of excellence for the team by demonstrating
professional expertise, strong work ethic, integrity and
professional behavior.
- Work side by side with the others across the Data Science, RWE,
and Data, Platforms and Partnerships and Precision Medicine teams
on joint projects to ensure that the optimal combination of Digital
Health expertise is being leveraged to deliver on high value use
cases / problemsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelors (or Masters) degree in a quantitative science or
engineering field. MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience with commercialization of Digital Health solutions
is required
- Demonstrated ability to influence in a large and matrixed
organization required
- Experience to develop, communicate, advocate and execute a
strategy required
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
required
- Excellent communication and training skills requiredPreferred
Qualification:
- Experience in a commercial pharmaceuticals environment
preferred
- A strategic understanding of how technology can improve health
preferred
- Experience working with diagnostics preferred
- Experience working in multiple therapeutic areas

this position is:$120,000 - $207,000Additional Description for Pay
