Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and
comfort of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care,
administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals,
and oversee the implementation of care plans.*Key
Responsibilities:** Administering medications and treatments as
prescribed by healthcare providers* Monitoring and recording
patient vital signs and medical information* Collaborating with the
interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans*
Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed*
Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in
delivering care* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards
