Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the
health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your
responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions,
developing and implementing care plans, administering medications,
and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive care.Key Responsibilities:Conducting patient
assessments and developing individualized care plansAdministering
medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribedMonitoring
and recording patient vital signs and medical informationProviding
wound care and other nursing interventions as neededCollaborating
with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
deliveryOverseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and
Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality careIf
