Sell current and new digital and live
event products and strategic initiativesDevelop the strategies
needed to help clients make informed decisions through a
consultative sales approachUtilize forecasting and business
analytical skills to take advantage of opportunities and to expand
relationshipsBuild relationships with brand decision makers and
provide solution oriented approach to business development within
assigned client portfolioDevelop and pitch client proposals and
opportunitiesWork closely with internal teams to identify key
strategies to maximize impact and ROI of clients funded initiatives
and products as well as insights into potential new productsWork
closely with Sales Planning group to ensure advertising campaigns
performance metricsMeeting quarterly and annual sales goals and
convert sales into revenueRequirements:
Bachelor's degree of equivalent
experience required5 to 10+ years digital or live event sales
experience in the medical communication and/or pharmaceutical and
related industriesExtensive client deal-making experience and a
desire to aggressively "hunt" and develop new businessDemonstrated
ability to create customized solutions for clientsExcels in an
entrepreneurial sales environment with only moderate
supervision.Excellent written and verbal skills, professional
demeanor, strong work ethic, and enjoys working independently and
within a teamAbility to handle feedback on all aspects of sales and
internal relationship development and maintain accountability
Knowledge and understanding of
Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems preferred
