Overview
Waters Corporation is currently seeking an HR Operations Manager
(Employee Relations Specialist) to join our regional HR Advisor
team. Reporting directly to the Director, HR Operations (Americas),
the HR Operations Manager will focus on providing consultative
services and expertise within a shared services model across the
Americas - The broad ranges of HR offerings include but are not
limit to: Investigating and Resolving Employee Relations, coaching
managers and employees on performance, compensation, implementing
HR initiatives and projects.
