You will sell the world's most excellent cars at Long Island's top auto group in this role!RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists sales team with processing or completing sales.Makes sure the paperwork is complete and accurate before it goes into accountingProvide world-class interaction with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.Structure sale price & trade-in presentations.Maintains CSI at or above company standardsEnsure and manage proper follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients through telephone, mailings, and electronic media before purchase and service.Ensure and manage incoming email and phone calls by responding to customers via electronic mediaReinforces company policies and adheres to company standardsEncourages compliance with applicable laws and regulationsPromotes and maintains reasonable Employee SatisfactionFollows Safeguards rules and regulations.Requirements: Automotive Finance or Sales experience is a MUSTCDK experience is preferredExcellent Written Communication SkillsExcellent Customer Relations SkillsAbility to Achieve Sales Goals And Customer Satisfaction StandardsTime Management SkillsPI208354626
