Statement of Purpose :
To provide on-line supervision to all employees, working directly with physicians, staff technologists and support staff to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the EEG/EMG department; to contribute to the growth and solvency of the hospital. Program Manager will be able to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and will be responsible for implementing and monitoring program projects, including services in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, including EEG, EMU, EMG, and LTM. Program Manager is responsible for helping to develop key performance metrics and standards for neurodiagnostic operations to ensure standards of care across the health system. Support the neurodiagnostic programs by analyzing and organizing qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, operational, and administrative data; supporting various quality assurance, performance measures, process improvement plans, strategic planning and analysis, and projects; and facilitating data requests, analyzing data and developing reports that will help monitor and track project progress and outcomes. He/she serves as a key member of the MRMC Neuro leadership team, supporting the Neuro Service Line and program medical director. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an approved EEG Technology School. Registered EEG Technologist or Board eligible. Certification / License: American Board Registered EEG Technologist required, certification in specialty area desirable, current CPR skills. Experience:

• 5 years of laboratory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment requiring strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point
• Experience in obtaining and maintaining ABRET Lab accreditation preferred.
• Experience with working in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unite (EMU) setting
• Clinical Practice knowledge of relevant neurodiagnostic function(s) and applied background; knowledge of terms, concepts, and protocols
• Experience with brain death EEG testing and coma stimulation protocols
• Solid understanding of internal neurodiagnostic information technology applications; knowledge of available information technology software in the neurodiagnostic field with recent experience with computer networks/servers and databases.
