Overview
Waters has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager. -As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Strategic Initiatives Program Manager will be responsible for driving the coordination of multiple strategic initiatives to execute the Sales & Marketing Go-to-Market Strategy. These initiatives will require overseeing the fulfillment of organizational objectives, including integration of tasks across functional areas, clear business requirements and timelines, regular status updates, and development of success measures. The role requires in-depth experience managing all aspects of various projects of a complex nature by assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying resources needed, and nurturing program success across multiple projects from inception to completion. - -
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Contribute to thoughtful discussions with project sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional management to set strategic goals and objectives of initiatives
  
• Develop the business acumen required across key initiatives to help progress and accelerate multiple projects forward simultaneously
  
• Seek approvals from key stakeholders on project scope, priorities, investment required, timelines, and agreed upon milestones
  
• Partner with cross-functional project teams to assign tasks, establish project deliverables, and create appropriate business cadence to drive projects forward
  
• Facilitate meetings related to projects, specifically helping to resolve bottlenecks and tracking issues preventing projects from moving forward
  
• Manage program management reporting, including tracking each critical step, highlighted dependencies, outcomes, and milestones across projects
  
• Provide project status updates to executive leadership
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree required; MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    
  • 5 - 7+ years of program management experience or leading projects
    
  • Project management certification preferred
    
  • Virtual collaboration capabilities
    
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
    
  • Experience with executive level communication and presentations
    
  • Excellent communication, consulting and influencing skills
    
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within the organization
    
  • Ability to manage multiple non-connected projects and prioritize time/activities
    
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
