Overview
CHI Health at HomeHome Health Director, Business Development
CHI Health at Home is seeking an experienced Home Health Sales
leader to join our team! - -The Director supports the sales
function for several of our home health locations through Ohio and
Indiana. The director works closely with our operational leaders
through the region to -drive sales and revenue growth as well as
-overseeing a team of sales associates. -
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker and idea generator,
have strong entrepreneurial drive, and a consistent revenue focus
with experience in formulating plans for multi-site market
penetration and revenue development in the millions. -
- Leads, manages and develops the sales and customer relations
staff to accomplish referral and financial goals, in support of
providing high quality clinical outcomes with a high level of
patient satisfaction. -
- Participates in the design and implementation of sales and
marketing plans for Home Health and Hospice offerings, consistent
with market analysis, reflecting referral source goals for accounts
covered by Client Relations Executives, Care Transition Nurses and
Client Relations Coordinators.
- Responsible for census development through the implementation
of external and internal sales, marketing, customer relations
programs with both existing and new accounts.
- Works with RVP and local Directors to identify and recommend
development of new product/service/niche markets and offerings, as
well as current product/service enhancements.
- Creates opportunities for continuous improvement of staff
performance, development, and morale through fair and accurate
performance evaluations on time per organizational policy, daily
coaching and mentoring to increase organizational performance.

- Performs coaching calls/visits with Client Relations
Executives, Care Transition Nurses and Client Relations
Coordinators on a routine basis to provide assistance, support,
guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care management or nursing is
preferred.
- Home Care and/or Hospice sales management experience is
required
- Two years of experience managing health care sales or customer
relations staff, or as a Care Transition Nurse in home health care
or hospice.
- Strong sales knowledge, skills and abilities. - -Proven track
record of selling to physicians, managed care staff, and other
health care professionals -
- Demonstrated leadership, administrative, and supervisory
skills.
