Job Description:
The social/digital media brand manager is a client-facing
position that combines the roles of a social/digital specialist
with the strategy of a brand manager. This position is responsible
for creating and managing consistent, meaningful, and effective
content on all social/digital media platforms to meet the
individual goals of a roster of clients. Reporting to the Director
of Digital Marketing and working both independently and in
collaboration with brand managers and designers, the social/digital
media brand manager will be responsible for researching,
developing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of social
media/digital campaigns. This full-time, salaried position will
also serve as a resource for team members regarding social/digital
media trends and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in
a similar role Skills at social media for brand awareness and
impressions Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, Instagram, and ideally emerging options such as TikTok
for social media best practices . Must have Google Ads experience
Documented experience with both organic and sponsored/paid
campaigns using leading-edge tools from Business Manager to
audience management platforms such as Hootsuite; Falcon.io, Wooffy,
or others. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Experience
with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding
of social media KPIs Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills Critical thinker and strong
problem-solving skills Able to work effectively independently and
as part of a team Excellent time-management skills Great
interpersonal and communication skills BS degree in Marketing or
relevant field preferredby Jobble
